Industrial Process Cooling

ENR, LGX & ENRF SERIES are aircooled liquid chillers, designed for industrial use and for outdoor installation. These chillers are designed for applications that require reliability, continuity of operation, high performance and low management costs. All models are equipped with Coaxial, Shell and Tube or Brazed Plate (PHE) evaporator, that ensures reliable operation in particular with liquids containing impurities. All models come with water pump, which make them suitable to work with water-glycol mixture, and storage tank that guarantees precise temperature control even in the presence of highly variable process thermal loads. With the wide range of cooling capacity up to 440kW it is possible to satisfy all Customer demands.

The refrigerant used are R410a for the ENR serie while with the LGX uses low GWP refrigerants to respect the F-GAS regulamentation. From 2kW to 16kW it use R454c (GWP=146), from 12kW to 430kW it can use R32 (GWP=675) and from 30kW to 430kW it can use R454B. The ENRF serie use the technology of Free cooling to ensure energy savings with cold weather. This serie can be produced with R410A, R32 or R454B with the cooling capacity up to 350kW. The degree of electrical protection is IP54 for all models and all units respect the current European certifications.

ENR & LGX SERIES

AIR-COOLED LIQUID CHILLERS WITH AXIAL FANS
COOLING CAPACITY RANGE 1,6kW ÷ 440kW

Available in 50Hz and 60Hz (not UL or UL conformed)

  • Compressors: Rotary from model 001 to 006, Scroll from model 008, with option of Inverter or Soft Starter from model 016
  • Condenser: Air condenser with copper tubes and aluminum finned core
  • Evaporator: from model 001 to 006 PHE, from model 008 to model 200 Coaxial, from model 200 Shell and Tube. PHE always available as optional.
  • Valve: Thermostatic expansion valve as standard, electronic expansion valve as optional
  • Protection Rating: IP54
  • Refrigerant: R410A for ENR, R454B, R32 or R454C for LGX
  • Fans: AC Axial as standard for ENR , EC Axial as optional for ENR and standard for LGX

  • Evaporator: from model 030 to model 100 Coaxial, from model 130 Shell and Tube. PHE always available as optional.
  • Valve: Thermostatic expansion valve as standard, electronic expansion valve as optional
  • Protection Rating: IP54
  • Refrigerant: R410A, R454B, R32
  • Fans: AC centrifugal fans
